TAG Heuer's Ladies Carrera

TAG Heuer Carrera watches have been popular for almost 50 years, having been created by Jack Heuer in 1964 as a celebration of the Carrera Panamericana in Mexico.  A commemoration of motorsport and the rugged endurance race that gives it its name, so it has the heritage of a motor racing watch, but with all the appeal of any other watch.

The Beautiful Ladies TAG Heuer Carrera

The Carrera watches are some of the most well known offerings from TAG Heuer, with their instantly recognisable design and even more recognisable heritage, they are undoubtedly one of TAG Heuer’s proudest creations, this is reinforced by the fact that they have been around for such a long time. The Carrera was the first watch to combine the sport of motor racing and Swiss watch making together, and it did this by implementing many functions that would be used by a motor racing driver. The watch was, however, not solely aimed at being a watch for motor racing drivers, but was in fact a watch that had an appeal for a wide variety of different people.

This is however, exactly what TAG Heuer has created, with the Ladies Carrera. The ladies TAG Heuer Carrera is a beautifully designed, elegant watch that still bears the odd telltale sign that it is descended from the original Carrera watches. These signs include the familiar shape of the case, which is softened on the ladies watches but the traits are still visible. The TAG Heuer Carrera is not a name you would t automatically associate with an elegant ladies watch.
