The Aviation Inspired Bremont Watch

For several years Bremont watches have been intricately developed to accommodate those who are seeking more from their mechanical watch. Pushing the boundaries of timepiece technology, Bremont take their inspiration from historic wartime aircraft, the same theory behind the mechanisms of aerodynamic machinery are incorporated into Bremont’s watches; an exceptionally unique and innovative design.

Bremont watches are skillfully manufactured in an atelier in a Biel-Bienne, Switzerland. They are hand assembled by talented watch-makers using only the finest Swiss components. The pinnacle factor which sets apart Bremont watches from others is that although they are constructed in Switzerland the quintessentially British influences are unmistakable. Bremont was founded by Brothers Nick and Giles English; the pair were fathered by the legendary Euan English, Renowned for being an RAF aerobatic champion and display pilot of the highest caliber. Euan bestowed his passion onto his two sons and the brothers are both professional aviators with great enthusiasm for their watches, in such a way that the devotion is truly noticeable.

Similarly to its predecessor the BC-S1, the Bremont BC-S2 has a three-piece case hardened to 2000 Vickers using Bremont's BVE-2000 technology, aside from the larger case size the two models are parallel. The 43mm case size has proved extremely popular as it displays an additional contemporary flair, which fittingly coincides with a modern style. The timepiece is powered by the modified BE-36AE movement and technically adapted by Bremont workshop. This series of automatic chronometers are not only durable but beautiful; the dual anti-reflective domed sapphire crystal case eludes a touch of luxury. Each model is the range is designed to exact specifications, while possessing everlasting aesthetic values.
