For those of you who reside in London, or who will be paying a visit to England’s fine capital later this month, we would like to draw your attention to the Salon QP exhibition which will be taking place at the Saatchi Gallery, from the 12th to the 14th of November. They will be exhibiting some of the biggest names in luxury watches with many truly exceptional brands, such as the fantastic British company Bremont, making an appearance.
We doubt that any watch collector would disagree with us about the wonderful feeling that comes from any opportunity to see one off items and pieces of watch making history all collected under one roof, and at an event as prestigious as Salon QP this is of course magnified by the calibre of the items that they have on display.
Inside a Second
One of the real highlights of the exhibition will be the ‘Inside a Second’ section, which aims to give visitors an opportunity to learn more about the history and the legacy of the chronograph, a popular complication which is found across many of the most desirable watches of today’s market.
Other attractions for those of you who can make it down will include a cocktail reception and seminars with many, many different watch making experts who have fields of knowledge which span across a diverse range of different areas. This includes historians, designers and even collectors, ensuring that there is something of interest for just about anybody who already has a fascination with all things horological.
Win Tickets with Bremont
As we mentioned before, Bremont – a brand which we are incredibly proud to exhibit here at our own Banks Lyon store – will be exhibiting at the Salon QP event, and to celebrate their involvement they have launched a competition for one of their fans to win two tickets.
